Users accept the Terms of Service specified below by becoming a member of the MeetSpace service.

The MeetSpace platform ("Service") is offered by MeetSpace (or "We"). This Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms") shall be accepted as a legal contract between the User ("You") and MeetSpace.

The following terms of use regulate your use of this Service and your access to the Service. At the same time, specific terms and conditions may apply to certain content, data, materials, or information ("Content") found on this Service or accessible through this Service, and certain content, data, materials, or information ("User Content") that you may upload, send, and/or publish on the website, or transactions. Such special terms may be added to these Terms of Service or may replace these Terms of Service only to the extent explicitly specified.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this Service, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted the following Terms of Service and all terms and conditions contained or referred to in the Terms of Service or additional terms and conditions specified within this Service, and to have accepted that these terms bind you legally. Also, by accessing this Service, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted the Privacy Policy published on this service and accepted that these terms bind you legally. By using this service, you guarantee that you are legally competent to use this service and to use the information presented on this site. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.

The Terms of Service may be changed by MeetSpace at any time. Such changed terms of use become valid the moment they are published. By continuing to use the Service after the changes are published, you are deemed to have accepted the terms changed in this way. It is recommended to review all relevant terms and conditions regularly. If you do not accept the renewed terms, you can stop accessing the Service and delete your account.

In case of violation of the terms, MeetSpace reserves the right to give a warning to the user regarding the violation or to remove the user from the system and close the user rights or cancel some or all of the accounts opened by the user. MeetSpace is not obliged to give notification before these actions, but uses this right when necessary.

MeetSpace reserves the right to make changes or updates or stop the use in the Service or Content at any time without warning. MeetSpace reserves the right to limit, refuse, or terminate any person's access to the Service or any part of it at any time and for any reason without prior notification, solely at its own discretion. MeetSpace may close user access to the entire Service without any notification and for any reason solely at its own discretion. By accepting these terms, you are deemed to have accepted that MeetSpace may close access to the Service, change all or part of the content without showing any reason and without notification and without incurring any liability.

Written approval of MeetSpace is required for any use of all content protected by copyrights. Any transaction made regarding the material without complying with these terms is prohibited and creates legal and criminal liabilities. Using the Service, being a user, or having any access to the materials in the Service does not transfer the ownership of the material to you.

MeetSpace has granted you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited scope, and revocable license that allows you to see, access, and use the Service and prohibits you from any different use other than this. Your license is for you to use the Service under the usage terms defined in these conditions.

Therefore, MeetSpace cannot be held responsible for this content. MeetSpace may or may not control and moderate the sent/uploaded content and does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, and consistency of all User Content or the ideas, suggestions, or recommendations expressed in them in any way. By using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted in advance that you may encounter inappropriate and offensive content from other users and that MeetSpace is not responsible and has no liability for any loss and damage likely to occur as a result of incorrect content or the use of content, including but not limited to what is written here, in any way.
